disabled jdate element

    is there a way to disable the jdate element for no editing?

    Not sure what you mean with "disable", but it's the same as in the date element: allow typing in field, or access settings or hide

    I requiere to show a formated date on the form and save to mysql server the correct way jdate does, so i like to disable any editing, like click the calendar or change typing, is only to show the formated date.

    As with any other element: set element default and access settings (add/edit e.g. nobody)

    yes i try that but the button for the calender keep show in the form

    No. With no add and edit access it's showing as readonly in the form.
